Help
Stuck on something? Most questions are answered in the FAQ or the troubleshooting guide. If you still need a hand, you can ask the community or reach a person on the team.
Find an answer
The FAQ covers the questions we hear most — plans and pricing, guest browsing, the marketplace, where prices come from, and your account. Troubleshooting has step-by-step fixes for sign-in, sync, payments, push notifications and image uploads.
The search box at the top of these docs covers every page, so it's often the quickest route. It's also worth heading straight to the section that matches your question — Account & Settings for billing and security, Marketplace for buying and selling, and Library, Values & History for the catalogue and prices.
Ask the community
Other collectors — and the team — hang out on the RetroTechCollector Discord. It's a good place for quick questions, feedback and tips from people who use the app day to day.
Contact support
If the docs don't cover it, email [email protected]. To help us answer quickly, tell us:
- Your account email — the one you sign in with.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The device and platform — web, Android, or iOS.
- A screenshot, especially for anything visual.
Enthusiast members get priority support. See Plans & billing for what each plan includes.
Report a bug
Found something broken? Email [email protected] with the steps that triggered it, your platform, and a screenshot where you can — a clear set of steps is the fastest way to a fix.
For a problem with a specific purchase or sale, you can also report it straight from the transaction — see Disputes & buyer protection.
What to expect
We read every message. Account and billing questions are usually quick to resolve; anything involving a payment, dispute or data request may take longer while we look into it properly. If we need more detail, we'll ask.
RetroTechCollector will never ask for your password, 2FA codes or full card number by email. If a message asking for those claims to be from us, don't reply — forward it to [email protected].
