Your Collection

Your collection is the heart of RetroTechCollector. It opens on the Vault Dashboard, a page that catalogues everything you own, shows what it is worth, and lets you narrow the whole lot down with a tap. Add a computer, a console, a handheld, a game, an accessory or anything else, and keep it organised, searchable and tracked over time.

There is no limit on how many items you can hold, on any plan, including the free one.

The Vault Dashboard​

The dashboard puts your numbers up top and your items below. A stats rail shows how many items you have, their estimated value with the change over the last 30 days, and how many are currently listed for sale. Beside the grid sits an insights rail that turns your collection into filters. Pick a category and the grid narrows to it.

Under that sit your items, in grid or list view, with a category segmented control, Advanced Search and a set of sorts.

Add photos to any item, caption them, and choose which one is the main shot.

The six categories​

Every item belongs to one of six categories, and the category decides which fields the add form shows you:

Computer · Console · Handheld · Game · Accessory · Other

Some fields are common to all six. Every category can carry a description, for instance, not just games — see Description and notes.

New to the app? Start by adding items with RTC Bot, a barcode or the Library. Once your collection is in, see how its value is tracked over time.
